Your next best step is to join us at Move Forward!
Welcome To The Family.
If you have prayed and asked Jesus into your life and believe with all your heart that He is your Saviour, then you are saved. But you might say that you do not feel saved.
“If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
4 IMPORTANT STEPS TO KEEP GROWING.
Christianity is not just a decision — it is a journey of transformation.
God has an incredible plan for your life, and as you walk with Him you will discover purpose, freedom, and joy.
So to grow strong in your new life with Christ, there are four important steps to follow:
1. READ YOUR BIBLE
The Bible is God’s Word to you. It will guide you, strengthen your faith, and help you understand God’s will for your life.
Start by reading a little every day. Many people begin with the Gospel of Mark.
2. PRAY
Prayer is simply talking to God. You don’t need special words or long prayers.
Just speak to God honestly about your life, your struggles, your needs, and your gratitude.
Prayer builds your relationship with Him.
3. CONNECT WITH CHURCH
Church is where you grow alongside other believers.
You will receive encouragement, teaching, and support from people who are on the same journey as you.
Being planted in church helps your faith grow strong.
4. TELL SOMEONE
Share your decision with someone else.
Telling others about your faith strengthens your commitment and may even encourage someone else to follow Jesus too.
BAPTISM.
WATER BAPTISM
Water baptism is an important next step in your journey with Christ.
It is a public declaration of your faith and your decision to follow Jesus.
In baptism we identify with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection. It symbolises the old life being buried and the new life beginning.
